It' was a great experience. Shelly listened to my hair concerns. He was very kind. The cut exceeded my expectations. One of the best cuts I've had in quite awhile. Excellent job!!!

Update: After six months, I am still incredibly happy with Shelby and Harlow Salon. Always a relaxing experience, and Shebly cuts a consistently great haircut.
After extensive research, I decided to try Harlow and Shelby. I definitely made the right choice. Shelby did an excellent job with my bob and I felt very well taken care of by both Shelby and Cici. I look forward to my next haircut!
