Dr Reck is everything you want in a physician - sensitive to concerns and explains everything clearly and with a smile. She laid out a plan and reiterated it, and my issue resolved within days. Very happy with this practice.

This was my first time here, very busy practice, multiple doctors that have multiple appointments overlapping for every 15 minute block. Dr. seemed rushed. After looking at the main spot of concern the Dr. very casually says he can just spray it with some liquid nitrogen & that would make it fall off I said great, let's do that. He sprayed it for literally 3 seconds and I was off. No mention whatsoever about this being billed as a "procedure" and they billed my insurance for $500, of which I received a bill for $124 of that for my deductible.
I called the billing office to dispute the payment and they said they would discuss it with the front office. No one ever even had the courtesy to call me back, I just received another bill. They absolutely should have told me a 3 second shot of liquid nitrogen was going to be a "procedure" but didn't have the courtesy to do that either.
They will try to make you put a credit card on file so that after 2 attempts to collect a bill they can automatically charge your credit card. They also include a waiver in your initial paperwork that they can take pictures and other things for their use. Good luck!
