Total Care Provider helped take care of an elderly lady friend of mine. The caregivers were exceptional. They demonstrated patience, respect, compassion and discretion, for the lady, her family and friends. There are simply not enough words to adequately describe how truly wonderful they were. I highly recommend them.

Total Care Provider has left my 94-year old mom alone at least once a week for many weeks. Again, today there is no caregiver (two days in a row now) and no one from the company answers the phone (goes to voicemail) or attempts to call to explain why there is no caregiver. I would not recommend this company to care for your elderly loved-one. They have no backup if one of their caregivers decides not to show up and that is often. Also, they do not call the family contact if their caregiver is a no-show, so the loved-one could be left alone for hours before an attendant can be found by the family. They have failed and refused to provide a regular bath for mom and our only requirement is twice a week. She is lucky if she has one bath a week. They start out telling you they are available 24-7 for all your needs, but later say their hours are 9-5 M-F ONLY. We are allowed 23 hours of caregiver time and in the past months have received 16 or less. Even if they show up, they are frequently late and never make up the time. They will not even attempt to make up the time lost by the caregiver's failure to show up. Also, my mom needs med reminders, which are not done unless I call from work.

Thank you Total Care for providing such wonderful and loving caregivers to help my mother stay at home. I appreciate all the help given to us, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an exceptional care service.
