Colleen is a superb sales director! We met to discuss the various options for what I was desiring for a preschool project. She went over all the details to verify I understood the projections, how the shades operated, etc. She is very through and detailed since helps me incredibly with my clients. Dylan, the installer, worked into the evening to have everything installed for start of school. He was very professional and meticulous.

Truly my go to place for personal and client projects. It really is a relief to know I can take anyone there and it will always be a great experience from start to finish. I initially went to The Shade Store because I had heard good things from other people and was set for them to install blinds for me.
My experience unfortunately was not an ideal one working with Constance for the following reasons:
1. She did not return phone calls - I had to call her several times before I could finally got a hold of her.
2. She did not respond to emails.
3. She did not follow through on items (renderings) that she said she would send to me.
4. She told me that it takes a while for the renderings to be done because its done offsite but when I spoke to another associate at another store they said it is done within 24 hours.
I ultimately asked for my account to be moved to the domain store which she did but the sad thing about it was that she did not take ownership or apologize for her lack of follow through.
I ultimately had a very great experience with Ted at the Domain store. who was super responsive and also provided me with the correct information regarding renderings which he sent to me the same day that I spoke to him.
