Last friday i went to do my test and i may forgot my Id there i live like 45 min away from there so I have been calling and nobody answered ( called 20 time a day ) Voicemail full

I called to ask about testing rules (what kind of materials are allowed) and the man on the phone said brining my electronic book should be fine. So i left my paper copy at home. However when I arrived to the location, the same man told me I wasn't able to bring in electronics. He seemed to be a manager too, a middle age fat man. I'm really not sure why the manager doesn't know his own testing rules, but it cost me an expensive exam. Will be my last time coming to this location

They will cancel your exam without notification. Don't worry, you'll get an email letting go you know at the end of the business day. You know, like 8 hours after you've shown up for the test you can't take. The only thing these peoe do is administer exams on computers, yet they too frequently have technical issues that shut down their operations. Are all of their sites this incompetent?
