Went to this T-Mobile January 15th and got the pleasure to meet a lovely sales rep named Anna. This young lady was so knowledgeable about the products that T-Mobile provides and did a complete breakdown on a sheet of paper for me to make an educated decision. If anybody has an opportunity to just meet her as an individual loving caring and kind person do yourself the favor to meet her. She is super sweet and is the reason that I will become a T-Mobile customer.

I transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile (plus got home internet) in SC & it was not transferred correctly. I called T-Mobile and attempted to correct, by that time I had NO SERVICE. After 3 hrs on the phone they informed me to go to a store!!!!
I travel fulltime in an RV am now in Illinois, went to the store in Aurora. I spoke to ANA & she was able to fix EVERYTHING in less the ONE HOUR.
My iPhone, internet, Netflix & AppleTV are working perfectly.
Since I did not get a review fr T-Mobile wanted to let you know how pleased with the help I received from ANA.

I came into the store and pretty much knew what I wanted. Was assisted immediately. Cristian was super funny, nice and helpful! Also very honest which is appreciated. Ask for Cristian for the best assistance!

Never been a boring experience. I always find something new at the store - surprises mostly to the negative but in the end - they always make it right and hence the 5 stars.
