Omg I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place !!!! Excellent hobby for your kids. And Excellent Costumer Service!!!! Solea was great and patient with our little one ! Highly Recommend!!!!! OMG I LOVE ITTT.

We love Bear Paddle Swim School in Aurora! My daughter has made incredible progress in just a short amount of time. She absolutely ADORES her swim teachers Sophia and Scarlet and looks forward to swim lessons! I watch Sophia and Scarlet really work with my daughter to help teach her the correct and right swim techniques while also making it so fun. They are great!
All of the swim instructors have been wonderful that we have had the opportunity to work with during 1:1 classes. The group classes are great and we enjoy using the private 1:1 lessons each month. The entire staff and front desk are so kind and know my daughter! Highly recommend Bear Paddle in Aurora!

Make up class policies need to be little flexible for the clients who are associated with this swim school from the past 9 years. I was stuck in a meeting and canceled make up 8 hours before the class and left request to reschedule it. I called in the evening after l was done with my work to request rescheduling make up for my daughter but they stick to 48 hours notice of cancelation policy . I requested that l will appreciate if they can be flexible enough to give make up class . But they were stern in not rescheduling make up. I think no one will appreciate this kind of service. I suggest Bear paddle staff to win the heart of clients especially when the client is polite and humble to place his/ her genuine request. Winning heart is way beyond a policy is. What if my daughter fell sick in school and l had to cancel her make up a few hours before her make up. Won't she get to reschedule her make up?

The pool appears tidy and well-maintained, with a depth of 4 feet 4 inches, exclusively designed for children. It features dedicated slots for kids to play and practice in.
