I new that I wanted a firm mattress but Zach helped me decide between two different kinds and if I wanted a queen or king and I made a decision fast, the fastest decision ever and Zach was very helpful and I got a great deal and he answered all my questions and he made sure I saved the most money and got what I thought I needed at the time.
After about a week of not sleeping well I hated the mattress. It was too soft so I called, picked a medium firm mattress and got it swapped out without a lot of hassle. But after a 2 weeks again of not sleeping well I realized they gave me a firm mattress and not the medium firm I picked out.
I called them, told them they made a mistake, spoke to Zach who sold me the mattress then to the manager and they said they couldnt do anything and only one return was allowed. So I spent $900 for a mattress I hate and I fall asleep the best on my couch. I wake up in the middle of the night sore from the mattress and then I have to go sleep on my couch. The best mattress I ever had was a queen size from Big Lots which was also a high end brand name but I spent way less and was much happier with that mattress. I will never again go to any mattress franchise stores. All they want is to make money and Im stuck with the wrong mattress!

I like the fact that they keep all your past purchases on file so if youd like the same thing you got last time its easy for them to pull it up. Also actually had a great buying experience in store for something that you really cant buy online without getting a chance to lay on it And kick the tires on a mattress per se.
