My eyeglass experience started out, on a Saturday, at another eye company in the Aurora mall, I was referred to Pearle Vision to schedule an eye exam. My excellent customer service and experience began right then, the store was to closed, yet the store Manager took me in sat me down and scheduled me for my appointment. The staff at this Pearle Vision are very thorough, knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. Great customer service through and through!
