      image Dr. La Certe is just the best. I had seen other psychologists in the past and none were a good fit. When I started having panic attacks I found him and he was able to help me in the first session to calm down. He's really good at understanding what's actually going on when I'm not great at articulating it. He's also an EMDR expert (according to me - I don't know if he has "expert" on his resume 😀
      He also works closely with a psychiatrist so if you do want meds at some point you don't have to go searching for another person and start all over.
      I highly recommend Dr. La Certe.
