Horrible HOA company. 95% of funds go to their salaries, not maintaining properties. Filed a complaint with BBB for illegal business practices and allocation of funds.

Would literally give 0 stars in a heartbeat. They are the worst HOA. They enjoy taking advantage of people, and raising HOA Fees for the heck of it. They do not tell you why they raise them, or what the extra money will go towards. Theyre probably pocketing it. Our community is full of broken fences, pot holes in the courts, huge ice patches that dont melt because theyre in the shade, a grounds crew that is non existent, outdated pool that is barely open in the summer, I could go on and on. You can call them all you want, they never answer and never call you back. They are power hungry. They dont care about anything but telling people what to do. Bunch of lazy people.

Any interaction with any employee here was rude and unhelpful, especially with our manager Virginia Johnson. I suspect the company stole from our HOA and hired people without credentials to fix things that are now broken again. They refuse to provide documents that they are supposed to in order to prove that they haven't.

My name is Tony Reed and I would like to share an interaction I had with Korey Bueng, Association Manager. I had a dispute with Colorado Property Management Group concerning something in the parking lot. I traveled to the main office on Parker Road. I ask to speak to Mr. Bueng and I admit I was upset. I explained to Mr. Bueng my side of the situation and he listened and explained a couple of things to me, and Mr. Bueng was able to rectify the situation in less than 24 hours. Mr. Bueng was professional, kind, and caring. I know HOA Managers deal with a lot of upset people like myself, but we have a great manager at CPMG. shout out to Pam for her kindness' as well. Thank you Korey Bueng!!!
