I got a raccoon in my attic. These penny pinchers denied my claim to have it removed because they don't cover damages caused by animals. While trying to figure out how they could legally be so useless I found I was paying for volcano coverage. In Denver. They have zero integrity, they're after your money. They're no better with cars. My wife filed a claim for hail damage and we had to pay for 2 different claims because they subcontract windshield work. If it's anti-consumer, it's in their playbook. I wish all the worst things on these office workers.
Hey Wayne. Glad to see I got under your skin. I picked up an expense equivalent to a new car payment because your policy doesn't protect against animal damage. At no time was the claim rejected because of negligence or maintenance issues. When you don't remember details do you always baselessly blame the customer? But you don't care, the new car expense isn't yours. Small business or not, I'll call out anybody who fleeces me out of 10s of thousands of dollars, you're not special.

The office is always closed and nobody answers the phone. You don't Evan get a call back from the agent or office.

Wayne and his team are the best. I don't think anyone locally cares for the community and customers quite like this office. They take the time to explain coverages, offer different options and are always friendly.
