Horrible company. I just wanted to find out whether or not we could add a fence in the backyard, the lady (who sounded very far away and like she didnt understand what I was asking due to the language barrier) told me I have to fill out a form to even find out whether a fence can be installed. Then I asked if I could just get a copy of the HOA bylaws to which she replied I would need to email someone, but she couldnt tell me who. Not helpful, and I would never recommend this company for management of a property!

What a horrible company. I asked for a phone call about a fine I received. Hoping I could clear it up due to miss-communication. I never did get a call. The person that was sending me emails counted the emails and asked me to stop emailing her. I sent her pictures of 5 other home owners placing the trash cans in the same place as me. I hope that I am not being singled out due to my children being of another race. One of the other violators is a board member! I requested a copy of the document she was referring to and never did receive it. She never did call me!!! That is why I asked for a hearing! Also, it was admitted during the hearing that the board or Real manager has trash cans out in the driveway area! The same thing I was fined for. They are breaking their own rule. I recorded the hearing. They also said they only do virtual meetings. The board was all together across the street from my house. Not virtual. This prevented me of showing the pictures of the board members violations. By the way their trash cans are still out. They say they are for the snow. They have been out for 5 plus years! Never taken away in the summer.
