The Aurora Office is extremely busy - Dr Burke & her assistant go none stop! If u r patient they will get what ever medical issue u might have resolved in the office or over the phone.

Make sure they bill your insurance and don't sell your debt. I'm in collections because of them.
They sold my medical bills to a third party less than 30 days from the time of service and miscoded it. When my insurance compamy asked them about the debt. They say they were paid and don't care.Just to contact the company they sold the debt to that isn't any help.Not a single bill sent to me from Dr. Ghazi office

Where do I begin... This place must have a hiring requirement for staff to be this rude. The woman at the front counter seemed me me arriving was the biggest waste of her time and was beyond unfriendly. It was like her actually doing her job was an issue. The tech was also quite arrogant. When trying to make small talk he would respond short and made the whole situation awkward. If I wasn’t here for a pre-employment drug test I would have walked out. This place needs to really change the staffs attitude. It is now obvious to me why I was the only patient in the building. IT’S BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS HOT GARBAGE!

The staff member named Jan won't accept any information from me and was rude about cash pay. I said just tell me what private insurance works best for them and I will get it but that brought on a whole new onslaught of rude and indication that my life is worth nothing to them. It sounds like they don't have appointments any time soon. Jan was insistent she could not speak to me, only to a Dr. A Dr. contacted her for the referral information she demanded. Both I and the Dr's office were clear about the chronic pain. After weeks of not hearing from this place, I called to see what was going on even though I was told by Jan never to contact them. She claimed they called "several times" and left messages but my call log shows no calls from them and no messages. Today Jan said they cannot treat chronic pain. She should have said that from day one. It was a waste of the Dr's time and resources to fax her referral information when she already knew they could not take me as a patient.
