I have a friend that lives here and the new office manager has been a great addition. Gina is also helpful happy to have at least 2 good people. I have also seen a new maintenance guy. He was oncall and seemed to know what he was doing. They are trying to do better and clean things up. It will take time but I appre6the efford. Luckily my friend has not had any roaches or other issues but then again she does live in Aurora.

After 10 months of living here I can give a pretty accurate description of my experience with this apartment complex
1. Theyre dishonest. I say that because MY mail was accidentally delivered to the leasing office and Gina (the receptionist) decided to open it. When I questioned her as to why, she continued to lie. Im pretty sure thats illegal and Im going to report it.
2. Safety Concerns. Theres been a few crimes over the past few months including murder thats happened here.
3. Water being shut off for up to 3days. If u work early morning always have a few backup bottles of water on hand!
4. Rat/Roach infestation.

However, one of our office staff mistakenly accepted a package that day thinking it was ours. After reading the name on it, we immediately contacted you to let you know your mail had been delivered to our office. Unfortunately, routine maintenance does need to occur at the property from time-to-time and when the City shuts off the water supply, we work with them directly to get the problem solved as quick as possible. We encourage all residents to report any pest concerns to the office immediately so we can contact our pest control so we can schedule a treatment for you, we were not aware you were experiencing problems. We are very sorry if you feel like we have wronged you in anyway, as that was never our intent. Please reach out or stop by the office with any other concerns or questions so our team can address them.

Its been a few months since Ive lived here and moved to a cleaner place but due to my experience at the edge at fitzSimmons I am still terrified of roaches. Gina was the only person who ever seemed to try to help with any of our issues. If you need maintenance work then dont even bother asking because the maintenance guy is always too busy smoking or eating chips and talking to everybody to get his way out of working. If you call the office to get help they wont answer and they never returned any of my phone calls or voicemails or emails. Its a pretty dirty place, I was scared to go wash my laundry and come into contact with drugs left behind by junkies. The only thing I liked about this place was Gina but one person alone cant make the dream work. Hopefully they find a way to solve the roach problem I basically had to throw away all of my furniture too :(
