      image I made a purchase in the store for the first time. I usually use the self-service checkout, but this time there was a line and the cashier suggested going to the regular checkout. I was counted one item twice. I discovered this when I returned home. I called the store and they said I needed to come to them. They just refunded the difference to the card. They were also not very happy with my visit. It turns out that you need to waste your time due to a cashiers mistake or forget about the money spent on an item not purchased. Terrible service.
