Conway off shored their billing service and ever since its been terrible. I routinely get incorrect invoices and spend literally hours trying to get them corrected. Never again will I do business with this company.

The worst customer service of any company I have done business with. Phone system doesn't work. There is no option for zero stars or I would.

Zero stars. This company is a scam. I spoke with a service tech on the phone for two minutes. Gave me a part number and a phone number call to find out the price of the part. He told me to call him back if I wanted him to order the part. The part was more than half the cost of the machine, so I told to him forget it. I get a bill for $160 for his two minutes of phone time. When I called to complain, the accounts payable department sends them an email asking them to void this invoice. I tried to follow up, but did not get a response. Six months later, I get another invoice. Xerox will never get my business again with this kind of customer service.

This company is terrible. They have no ability to take the money from our checks that they cash and apply it to the balances they are showing. Month after month they cash our check and then dun us for the outstanding balance. My wife has to send them images of the cashed checks and then they apply them incorrectly. If you do anything with Conway Office Products that requires you to send them money, you are consigning yourself to hours on the phone with their customer "support" people.

My machine has been down since March 2023, Ive emailed, called and went to the office to cancel and they do not respond to anything. In July they charged my credit card twice for the same amount. The worst service Ive ever experienced.
