This is the worst pharmacy in the area. They consistently screw up my prescriptions. Tell me they are are ready and when I get there tell me there is nothing for me and I will have to wait two hours or come back tomorrow. All while giving me an attitude like it is somehow my fault. Nope. Done with these guys.

Horrible pharmacy. Items are never, ever ready. They tell you another 30 minutes and hours go by. Then when I finally am able to pick up prescription, I get text saying my script is ready to be picked up. Seems the pharmacist "steps out" alot.

Been taking my prescriptions here for two years and the service has always been less-than-ideal (waiting 5-10 minutes for a pharmacist when there is no line, long wait times for prescriptions, a very rude manager) but I am appalled at how bad it’s gotten. There is an option to have the pharmacy call your doctor when you need a refill, and TWICE the doctor was not called, leaving me waiting for a prescription that couldn’t be filled, and they hadn’t bothered to tell me. Once they left a voicemail having me come in to get a partial prescription because a shipment had been delayed, and when I arrived they had no documentation of the call or of any meds waiting for me.
I’m willing to accept delays because of the pandemic, but the problems here go beyond Covid-19. Note: the problem is with the manager and the long-term older staff, not the pharmacy techs. They are delightful!

This particular location (Turnpike mall plaza A.K.A. Whitton Rd Augusta) is the worst hannaford pharmacy, possibly in the state. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions elsewhere.
