What I am most disappointed about during this entire experience is the attitude that I received from the lady I placed the order with AND the man that was supposed to come put my window in. I ordered a window in March and was told it would take 10 to 14 days for the window to come in due to it was a double paneno worries there. I remained very patient and wait for someone to call to put my window. I waited a whole month and asked them what is going on with my window. She got an attitude with me and told me that I had to be patient and wait for the window to come in. Placed me on hold and magically she then had the window. She then tells me I have to wait now for installation because Im working on the Installers time. What?!?!? Ok so fast forwardI TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK!! I wait for the gentleman to come put my window and today I stayed home from 11 to 6, called in for my job, and he never showed. At 7 PM he calls and leave a voicemail to tell me he didnt come to my house to put in my window because he was too tired. . Then tells me he works harder than I do after I snap. No one called to tell me he would need to reschedule or anything. He has NO CLUE WHAT I DO. So now I have to take another day off of work tomorrow for him to come put a window in. So now Ive lost 2 days pay over this situation.
Again. The courtesy I received was horrible. Instead of an apologyall Ive received is rudeness.
