This review is about the company, not about this particular store. Everybody at this store was friendly and knowledgeable. I have no issue with Them. However, the company SUCKS. I will soon be leaving there and never to return

Much like most others here have said, the customer service was sadly lacking at this location. They only seemed to want to tell us what they couldn't do and were very short with us. No effort was made to connect with the customer. My wife and I left rather unhappy. We returned a few minutes later to finish some business and witnessed one of the same employees in an altercation of some kind with another customer. Avoid this store.

If I could give this store zero stars I would! For the second time in a months period my boyfriend and I went to this location and were treated poorly both times. We were asking questions retaining our account about any updates and so on and the employee pretty much refused to even look up our account and proceeded to say since we are forcing him to look it up, he will. That was the first visit. The second was this afternoon and we were told without an ID he couldn't look up our account, mind you we have never been asked to present an ID to talk about our account at ANY of the Verizon stores. We told this employee that in Evans the store we normally go to, they never have asked and he says we'll they don't like their job then, in the most rude attitude. The customer service is absolutely horrendous at this location and I honestly have no idea how this store is still up and running. They should be shut down or hire a whole new staff! 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!
