It seems strange to have an "excellent experience" when having our fire alarm system tested but that is exactly what happened! Technician Eric Cooke (?) was so kind and patient during his most recent visit. Our preschool has a child that is terrified of the fire alarm and Eric patiently explained every single aspect of the alarm, all of the noises it was making while testing, and the reasons why this test was important. The child watched Eric as he tested our system and for the first time in over 2 years, that child did not melt down during/after our drill. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Great company especially there sprinkler inspection dept. Real professional guys that provided service and real knowledgeable!! Those 2 guys that came and did my sprinkler inspection deserve 5 stars then some!!!

Wonderful and friendly service always! Teresa in the office has always been a delight to deal with and their techs are very knowledgeable with sprinkler systems! Highly recommend!
