Came in on 12/15/17, which was a Friday afternoon, roughly after 3 pm.. waited in line for over 30 minites. Only 2 people working. My issue was not with them. They were trying but the frustration was CLEAR ON ALL of the customers faces. The wait time was far longer than wait times typically are in banks, even on busier days. It's the holidays and it was a Friday. This is known as busier days for banks.. just wondering why only 2 receptionists were working on a busy day during such a bus tome of year.. poor scheduling and poor management. I'll stick to my wrightsboro Rd location as they are ALWAYS PREPARED for the busier times and are always properly staffed. Please share my review with whomever is in charge.

I would never bank with Wells Fargo as long as Michele works there. Three hours is to long for one transaction. I feel in my opinion she is very unprofessional and should be fired. I would not even give one star rating. Thank you to Miss. Toya Bush for doing everything within her control to help. I'll never step foot in Wells Fargo again and would not recommend them to anyone.
