Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. There was one person who stood out I think her name was Bria, I was so nervous and she was very calming and helped me to stay calm.

I have to hands down say the staff and team at the Aspen dental in August Georgia Rock!! They absolutely wonderful all the way around! Wish I could say the same for the Milledgeville Georgia location but I 100% wouldn't recommend that location to anyone!! Keep being kind and proud of what you all do Aspen Dental Augusta!!

Everyone was really nice in the Augusta office. The insurance lady was especially sweet. I dont remember her name but she is a beautiful person inside as well as out. She has great customer service and is very professional and personable. The Dentist is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. My only complaint is not about the actual dental clinic itself. However, the online portal where you set up appointments and confirm appointments is trash because it does not sync and register with the physical dental office. So say for instance, if you get a request to confirm your appointment online and you do it, the online portal will accept it, but the office will have no clue that you confirmed your appointment. Please, please please ignore the portal and make sure you speak to a real person at the front desk to make sure your appointment is confirmed. They should pay us when we confirm through the portal, use our gas or work time to come up there only to find that your appointment has been tossed out. It took 3 appointments for me to get in.. smh. Im only saying this because they charge us if we have a no call, no show for whatever our reason is. It should work both ways because our time is just as valuable as theirs. I wouldve given them 5 stars if it wasnt for that incompetent portal.
