Leo, you were offered a $5 UPS shipping rate if you placed your order on our website (less handling and processing time for us, so we offer a lower flat rate shipping policy). You told us you were not comfortable with that option and felt it was not a secure option. Our inside sales person took your order over the phone, spent 20 - 30 mins assisting you with your product needs and told you what the shipping rates would be if you placed the order over the phone. You told us it was ok to proceed and we shipped your order same day.Before you called us to inquire about the shipping/order totals charged to your card you decided to write this negative review. You then called us to voice your concerns and we immediately offered to refund the entire order, stop the shipment (after it shipped) and reverse the entire credit card transaction. At this time your order has been canceled and credited.To be clear... KL Jack does not control the shipping rates that our vendor quotes us and the pandemic is irrelevant in this situation since we quoted you what the ballpark on the shipping rates would be. If it wasn't for the negative review we would have covered the shipping fees and only charged you for the product. We can't fix, what we do not know is broken. We have worked hard the last 40+ years to source, stock and ship quality products. We take negative reviews very seriously and have often fixed shipping issues that were out of our control with no questions asked... often losing all profit and then some on orders.
