      image I wont lie this process started rough as does any big repair. But the GM reached out and he got this Bronco Sport fix done for me in a week. Will definitely go back to Ira. Thanks.
      The GM contacted me and stayed on top of things for me at the end. They went out of their way, picked up the Bronco Sport, and finished the job in a few days. Car is running great now.
      Despite setbacks, these guys have still shown great professionalism and reliability. The reps at the desk are excellent.
      By comparison, Westborough Herb Chambers Ford completely misdiagnosed the issue and just gave me a new cat - and blew me off when I reached out. Leaving me with a car that was blowing exhaust in the cabin.
      However, IRA correctly diagnosed the vehicle for a turbo fix, contacted me when it became necessary, and got it done the right way. Really appreciate it guys.
