This company is great! Unfortunately they get a bad rap because of another companies poor billing information. If you have a charge for SOI*SBS*Rochester Hill it is not this company. But they are gracious and kind in helping. Thanks again.

i wish every company we did business with was as knowledgeable and efficient. We’ve had only positive experiences purchasing their equipment and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

So good to work with, totally transparent, very attentive, solid estimates, not the cheapest endeavor but considering it’s all american made the prices are quite fair. In my humble opinion they’re the best in the heat treat industry.

I have worked for this company, as a welder and sheet metal worker, and the attention to detail there is the best I have seen. The owner, Jeff Smith, makes it a habit to walk through the shop after hours and check on everything and if it is not up to his standards then he makes sure it gets fixed asap. Everyone in the shop has a voice when it comes to improvements that might help their products. A hurricane went through the area and they even had dedicated employees that stayed a little longer than then should just to make sure that shipments could go out on time.
The only reason I left was to put more time into my own company or else i would still be at SBS making there many products.
