Those staffs at auburn housing authority are very vicious and unhelpful for some people. I wouldn't recommend them for no one because, they don't provide great customer service( assistant), will tell you anything and save the vochures for tramps & cows. Plus, need to upgrade management (system) wise.

The worst housing institute or whatever I have ever seen . Had been on waiting list since 2014, so I'm just waiting for some placement and they took me off the list in 2016 because they said I didn't answer a letter from them, but never received a letter. Got back on of February of 2018. So I'm just waiting, so in September or October I decided to check on application and to my surprise, they answered phone, because they hardly ever do that either. So when I call , they tell me I don't qualify for housing, which they could have told me that in 2014, but have me waiting all this time for nothing.
