Hello Mr. Roberts, My name is Chad Hammon, I'm the sole owner of this particular UPS Store franchise. When you came into my location you inquired about "self service" printing and using your phone. Our store like many other locations does not have copiers with the capability to print using your phone or wirelessly. Upon notifying you about that you were given the option to email it to our store which incurs fees. Your review while severely misleading is also factually inaccurate:"Self Serve: the serving of oneself in a restaurant, shop, gas station, or other facility, without the aid of a waiter, clerk, attendant."The option you were given wasn't self service but rather an employee printing it for you via the use of email and a computer. We also have a computer rental fee but you denied that option as well. My store and it's employees prides itself on offering not only competitive pricing but going above and beyond in terms of customer service. I can be reached by phone or email at anytime during our store hours if you would like a detailed breakdown of those costs as far as employee cost, copier maintenance, paper, and others. We hope that others see this review and know that our store would never price gouge or engage in "shark" activity to prey on customers. We help and provide services to hundreds every day and take immense pride in that. We are here to serve our community.Update: Mr. Roberts, sadly Google won't let me upload a photo(although I have the screenshot) but I've attached your original review before altering it. Again, I'm always 100% transparent with my customers and I want them to know all details of a matter or interaction with a customer, good or bad. In this case my employees were talked to and treated quite harshly over a very minor inconvenience of pricing."I went to the 1550 Opelika Rd location to print 1 sheet of paper from my email, self-serve, and the fee they wanted was over $5. For one page. A wasted trip, and the people owning this particular franchise are obviously sharks. Avoid."
