In the realm of simplicity and to the point. This place is not worth the expressive monthly rent required to live there. There are so many issues that it would take a hour to list them all. With the possibility of missing some.
I dont suggest you look into living there unless you enjoy living in stressful situations. Please for your sanity look at other locations harder than normal. You will not regret it.

its fairly peaceful and quiet, you do get to hear a train every morning. Other than that everything is decent. location-wise, its in the center of auburn.
