They spent all that money building the chipotlane and no one even works it, I sat there for 20 minutes trying to get someones attention to open the window and no even came over. Then when I went in to ask for my food and who is supposed to be working the window it was the guy why had been hiding in the back on his phone (I could see him from the window). I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but this has happened multiple times; and every time I thought it would just be a one time thing, but no, it is an every time thing. Dont go here, lazy workers.

Absolutely terrible management. Had to cancel my order after an hour and a half of waiting because it was understaffed with two people working a Saturday night

Scam. Ordered online, waited for almost 3 hours, and they never even attempted to make my food. No refund either, absolutely insane.
