Ordered on the app 2/26 for delivery at 11:30pm and got a call saying that theyre closed so they cant make deliveries. But their website and Google says theyre open until 1am. Maybe they were just closing early but still inconvenient considering my card was still charged. Ill be spending my pizza money at Marcos now.

Very disappointed in this store. Pizzas were burnt on the bottoms. They set on the warming rack for over an hour. When delivered they were cold. When I called them I asked for a manager. I was handed over to a trainee. They offered to redo my order but there was a 3 hour delivery time. They did refund my money and pit free pizza on my account... bless their hearts...

Horrible customer service. Manager is horrible and relies on her staff to deal with everything obviously. That is what I got off of my experience and previous reviews as well! Horrible delivery time and no customer satisfaction at all. The manager may need to find a new career. I placed a order online was told they couldnt correct it since it was placed online. Would not give me the name of whom I was talking to. Then told me she could not place my free pizza award back on my account even though the order we placed was cancelled.

Ordered online, stated 45 minutes to hour delivery, immediately get phone call at 630pm stating 4 hour delivery time... ridiculous... then stated may take several days to receive refund back to card... totally unacceptable

We have some random issues ordering here sometimes but its generally good pizza at least. Sometimes our order comes out of the oven half an hour before its delivered, sometimes the order is wrong. Today I received a 14 large that was actually less than 12 and was barely cut. It tasted good though! I know staffing has been difficult for a lot of places so hopefully it gets better.
