Just had Shaun come out and replace both outside and inside unit at my home. By far the best attitude and work ethic of any ac company I have dealt with before I will definitely be using coley again.

about 8 years ago had cooley's come out to put a hard start on our outside ac unit as we had a 22 whole house generator put in, had cooleys put the hard start on. called a couple years ago to ask about someone coming out and checking the freon/ service the unit, they were no show. I called last week and was put on a list and never heard anything from Cooleys. I called another company yesterday and they were to come out between 12-2 and they came and did a bit of freon, checked for blockage of water, great service, I don't recommend Cooleys for lack of business service. Coley AC deserves all the praise for their incredible service. On a scorching 100+-degree day, my Carrier heat pump gave up. I called, and they were there the same day! Stuart and Tobey, the technicians, were not only professional and punctual but also knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed a wiring issue, had the unit cleaned, serviced, and running in just 90 minutes. Impressive!
