My usual nail salon was overbooked, and due to a time crunch of me leaving on vacation the next day I figured to give this place a try for a mani/pedi. I got a pedicure first. The massage function on the chair was broken, and the chair wouldn’t recline. So I was stuck sitting straight up the whole time. The pedicure was super quick (less than 20 min) and the polish was messy. Next, during the gel manicure, they put on the layers of polish so super thin I had to ask for a third layer, which I never have to do. They didn’t take time shaping my cuticles so the whole manicure looked messy and uneven. By the time I was on day 3 of my vacation, I was peeling off the manicure because water was getting caught underneath and all of my nails were lifting. I went through the rest of my vacation without a manicure. Everything was done very cheaply.
Certainly not going back here! 😡😡
