How do you tell someone to make an appointment for a specific day and time and when the customer shows up on timeearly in fact, you dont know what appointment theyre talking about? Terrible customer service save your time and gas & just go to another regions bank. Also this bank is trashy and dirty. It used to be a dirty western union
