Im sorry to say that Dr. Wolkow has dropped the ball on owning this practice. There is no supervision of employees and when I was there a few days ago the waiting area was littered with coffee creamer and sugar packets emptied on the floor. The front desk staff is abysmal. I came to get my dogs anal glands expressed and they didnt even clean her afterwards, so my pants were a smelly mess when we left. Belle Isle obviously needs an overhaul. Do better, Dr. Wolkow.

Hi, my dog has been a patient for years at this vet. He has never had any serious issues occur. Recently he had a benign cyst appear; as a concerned dog owner I wanted it taken off. The front desk staff sent me the incorrect estimate twice. After the incident occurred, I had a very pleasant conversation with Heather who tried to help which I appreciate. I then spoke to Nyla to confirm the appointment and she was very rude to me backtracking what Heather said to me. I ended up canceling the appointment because it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The front desk staff needs better customer service skills.

We are very pleased with Belle Isle. Doctors and staff are caring.
Reasonable costs, specially when you have 3 pets!!.
