Whenever I bring something in before it's in seriously bad shape, you can't even see their work. And if the piece was badly damaged by moths, and if you can see the repairs, it's never the less skillfully done, with a great color and thread-weight match.

I cant say enough good things about Sauls. Twice Ive come to get our sons lovey fixed. Its a handmade crocheted gift and they have made her look as good as new each time. They also have her ready in time for his nap. They are amazing!

I have used Sauls (Roswell Location) for years and never even try anywhere else anymore, because every time I try a different place they can never do whats necessary. Ive been to other alteration places where people want a jacket taken in or the waist of a skirt taken in and they cant do it because it requires taking the garment apart and all they know how to do is essentially hem. Ive never had a bad job at Sauls. My rewearing experience there has been good though I have only had sweaters done not suits. Im not familiar with another place in Atlanta that even does rewearing. Sauls can always do whatever I need. I never generally post reviews but was so shocked to see what people have said because I have been there dozens of times with no problems. I live in the other side of town now but still travel over to Sauls because the place in midtown that was recommended to me to do a hem job did a terrible job and the whole thing fell out. They do require payment up front now because people are dishonest and dont pick up their stuff. In my opinion thats completely understandable. This is for the Roswell store. I have never been to the Sandy Springs store so I cant speak to that.
