Contractor clearly stated he does not deal with insurance companies, which was acceptable to me since I planned on dealing with my insurance company directly. Throughout the job (scheduling, updates, completion) Al Rodriguez (owner of All Pro Drywall) was rude, short, and communication was terrible both with myself (property owner) and my tenant. As I shared with Al, upon completion of the job I submitted a claim to USAA who informed me the amount I paid for the job was unreasonable (10x what it should have been), which I confirmed with other comparable vendors. Most important, USAA requested estimated square footage for the drywall installation and materials used. I asked Al for this information and he rudely said he doesn't deal with insurance and hung up. I am not asking him to deal with insurance, but for him to provide square footage and materials used, which any decent contractor should be able to provide. I have politely attempted to reach Al via email, text, and phone several times but he is not taking calls or returning any of my communications. Service: Drywall installation
