Go see Mr. Cesar at World Toyota!
We went to multiple other Toyota dealers in the Atlanta area and nobody could match the price we got with Cesar on the RAV4 XLE. Best place to find a Toyota, Cesar was up front with me and not pushy for the sale. He listened to what we cared about (OTD price on the base XLE version) and delivered it!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went to this dealership a month ago to buy a car for my son. At the beginning they are so nice and seemed so professional. I had Diego as my salesman and when I sat down to sign all the paper work with the financial manger (Mitch) I had the same impression but on the next day the nightmare began. My car has an oil leak so I called both of them and they said that cant helped me with this. I sent 100+ messages and emails and nobody called me back. No one from the Dealership even called me to ask how was the purchase. They said that Ill be receiving my plates in 2 weeks and still never arrived. Definitely the financial manager doesnt know how to treat the customers.
One piece of advice I give to you who is reading this message: AVOID this dealership. Don't buy your car here and don't take your car for any service here because if you don't want to be angry and don't want to be treated without any kind of respect, look for another Toyota dealership . What a disappointment. And I still had to fix my car elsewhere and I know that they will not reimburse me for the expenses because in addition to acting in bad faith, they are not PROFESSIONALS to at least give me a feedback. What a revolt. I hope I never have to see these people again in my life and not walk through the door to remember how much I was harmed by bad people.

Glen is my service provider that I go to anytime that I go to World Toyota to get my car serviced. He truly value his customers and make sure that your car is well taken care of and always have a pleasant attitude. Hes the best!!! If you ever are getting service done at the Toyota dealership at 5800 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341 ask for Glen.

Mmm first of all, I went to this location because it was where I had bought my car a couple months back. I had also gotten my first maintenance check there and had no complaints (also because my car is new and nothing should be wrong with it anyways). This time around, I went back for two specific exterior fixes that were needed. I was checked in by Kory and was told the whole thing would take about 1.5hrs. It took them that much time to just get me a quote for the fixes. The only inspection that they did was lift up the car to look at the piece that needed fixing. Mind you, I went to 7:30am and there were only a hand full of customers.
Ended up not getting the fixes here, and asked them to bring out my car. When I got my car back, the parking brake light was on. I asked Kory about it and he couldnt give me an answer. After trying to troubleshoot he told me that something was probably wrong with my engine . When I told him that it was not a problem before I got here, he repeated again that they had done no work on the car therefore, it was not their problem. Thankfully, somebody else came and was able to reset my parking brake but the whole thing took way to long. While I was waiting, I called Mings Auto and got a much better quote there. Save your time and money. :)
