I am not a negative person, just trying to be honest. Ahead of me in line, the clerk gave away some stamps to a customer the clerk said she accidentally charged the previous customer for?!? I should have left at that point, now my package I shipped shows scanned into this faculty and has not moved in 6 days.

Went to pick up my mail because my apartment complex has to repair mailboxes before USPS will deliver our mail. Went to door that says mail pick up from 7:30 am to 11:00 am and rang the bell several times. Female postal worker told me that window was for paying customers only to pick up their mail and I would have to wait for main office to open at 9 am. I told her I had done that before and main office sent me to same pick up door with window and I was able to pick it up there. Female postal employee refused to get my mail for me. Very horrible customer service and I guess the employees forget we are paying customers because the taxes we pay in turn pay for their salaries. I would never be treated like this at a Fed Ex or UPS store, so why does USPS think they can treat me like this ??? Time to privatize the USPS !

Thank God I moved from this area. I never have to deal with these RUDE and INCOMPETENT people ever again. From the office to the carrier in my area just scrap them and hire a whole new group. My last issue was the worse. I noticed one day that my mail box was OPEN with mail in it at my apt complex . It appeared that the lock was broken. I caught up with MICHAEL my carrier to ask WHY he was continuing to deliver mail to an OPEN mailbox. Clear security risk right!?! MICHAEL proceeds to SCREAM and argue with me (a woman) like the UNPROFESSIONAL he is and basically tell me its not his problem and he will continue to deliver to my OPEN mailbox. He also refused to give me his name (got it anyway though didnt I!?) . I had to escalate the issue to get it resolved. LAZY RUDE and IGNORANT!

On 2/23/2024 I handed an envelope with a paid Tracking #: 14902200789379333673 to an Indian gentleman behind the counter. This package is going to NC. USPS has acknowledged that they received the package. But after that there are no Tracking statuses whatsoever. It seems to have never made it out of this location. I went to ask a week ago and was told that they did receive but they don't know what's happened after that and it should have been scanned at other locations so provide tracking statuses and that maybe it was just sitting in a bin somewhere and until they clean it my envelope will just sit there. That same day there was a black gentleman that asked me to take the USPS survey at the bottom of the receipt. well i did and answered positively on all the questions. I wish I would have waited to take this survey.
