For the life of me i do not what they do, but sure not help you find employment if so only far in-between. my friends and i applied, went though the boarding process and the that process takes time to complete.Everything was good with us as far as drug, background, and experience. it was a cat and mouse game. they list good jobs on their website but go apply and talk to a recruiter, nothing ever happens in terms of employment. if you are the few lucky chosen ones or you know a recruiter, do favors or family is a recruiter you are likely to secure work/job yes unfortunately those are the stories.I have to attain employment periodically over the course of a few years with no avail. and I've been to the offices spoken to quite a few who promised to land me work NO! If anyone out there is reading this review that experience the same treatment please reply with your story. i have a youtube channel talking about the temp service relationship with African Americans and European Americans getting less employment though these agencies while others are getting hired. this particular Randstad is a waste of your time that's why they have low ratings. and the so called black professionals specially the women with that down rotten attitude we don't need you.
