Absolutely terrible. I had a round trip shuttle booked with them from my hotel to the airport and they were extremely late both times and the dispatched kept saying they were "right around the corner" which really meant they showed up an hour later. Would never take them again.

The term Limo is used very liberally .  Hotel recommended this service and they are the worst. I don't like to put negative reviews out there but this service is not good.  There's an expectation that your ride will be there when you arrive and they will be ready to go. My driver arrived an hour after I landed and they had me waiting in the cold.  Then after he finally shows I am told I have to wait for other people's flights to arrive.  So an hour and 35 minutes later we finally leave in our dusty, trash filled van with low air pressure warnings on the tires.  Next time I'll take Marta!!!

I didn't use the service itself, but a colleague did and I had to call the limo service to track down some billing info. The gentleman who picked up was super friendly and went above and beyond to help me resolve the matter. Really appreciated it.

What a great service. I called from the airport and as soon as i got to the shuttle area, my driver Saheed (sorry if i misspelled it) was there. The lady on the phone was very helpful in giving me directions to the shuttle area and my driver was the best. We were stuck in two traffic jams on the way to the hotel and was 30 minutes away sitting in traffic but he was so pleasant to talk to that i forgot about the time. He told me the most fascinating stories and he was funny, we talked the whole time. Plus A&M had very reasonable rates and cheaper than the other shuttles on the line.
