Horrible communication!!!!!
I was to get my window repaired on Monday. I paid over 300 over the phone to have this done within a few days. They call me a couple days later telling me its on back order and will be 4 weeks! After telling me it would be Monday, which was a few days away!!! I am soo disappointed with this company. Now I have to wait 5 days for them to return my money for the window which is the money I was using to get my window fixed. They now have my money and I have to wait for them to give it back! They do not keep their appointments!!!! Please avoid this company at all cost!!!!

A V O I D !!!!!!!! They said they'd give us a time window. The time window we got was 8am to 5pm. So, we ran a few errands, and asked them to call when they were getting close. While driving our car they TEXTED to say they would be at the house shortly. They claimed they called. Not true, First lie. As we backed into our driveway, the Glass America van drove by, the driver looking at us. He didn't stop. We called, they said the driver had already waited too long and needed to move on, We explained the driver watched us pull into the drive. He denied it happened. Second lie. NO INTEGRITY.
