Merchant uses Groupon, to increase business. Buyers be aware, the manager, Brandon & his team use very aggressive sales tactics to force you to purchase a larger package. He is rude, and unprofessional. Multiple issues with booking massages. I recommend he obtains additional coaching in speaking to its clients. I had questions about a massage I was unable to redeem. I was left on hold for 17 minutes, and when the manager finally responded, he claimed he would explain why I am unable to redeem a Groupon I purchased due to a policy he has failed to send to upon multiple asks. The front desk girl is part of the hard sales games.

I received the best massage today by Charlene. I felt her positive energy all through my massage and she was able to get the knots in my back without causing any pain

The front desk staff was a breath of fresh air. My lifestyle consultant Kaitlyn did an amazing job with pairing me with a therapist that met my needs as far as pressure and areas of tension on my back. 10/10 will be back to this location. It was very clean and professional
