Not a resident ( yet) , but so far Aysia has been extremely welcoming & super helpful. Answered any questions my boyfriend & I had. She didnt stutter once. Definitely made the visit enjoyable! :)

There is no reason that this unremarkable older building should have Lofts priced at $5000 a month. Yes some of them are renovated. However, this building has no amenities. There is no front desk, no concierge, no swimming pool, no club room and no business center. The only thing you can do here is go in your loft and shut the door. Even with the renovations, which were badly needed, nothing in this building should be over $3200.

Aysia made this leasing experience wonderful. I had a lot of questions and called a lot (sorry lol) but she made sure to reassure me I wasn't being a bother and if I had any more questions don't hesitate to ask. She also made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. I appreciate her professionalism and warm spirit. Thank you so much again. The location is wonderful.
