I visited 2441 Cheshire Bridge, Atlanta location , this day on Saturday, February 17 at 4:50-5 pm and experiencing the worst service I have at this location. This location has been my go to for a year because of the customer service and detail received from the agents . I have even written good reviews. Now comes this unfavorable review from my visit just now with the sole agent, a male , who was so rude and unapproachable o didnt care to look at his name tag. He had very few words , not even a greeting as I entered and greeted him.
After getting the rates from him and hair didnt trust him with my package and left the facility . His tone was short and just shy of saying nothing if he didnt have to .
I will not visit this one any longer. I will visit UPS that is actually closer to my residence .

Rude rude rude. $100 to send a letter to Michigan and when I asked if there was a less expensive option told me this is not the post office. One star as there was parking.
