This place reflects a lack of professionalism that plagues so many hospitals these days: their office hours are listed as 9-5 but they are routinely closed at 4:30 (or at least the operator is gone). No opportunity to leave a voice mail, just an option to REQUEST an appointment on line . Which means I still have to talk to a bureaucrat in the office. If I wasn't referred to this practice, I wouldn't bother, but since I have no choice, I have to try again next week. I hate this practice already.

This place is our go to for treatment. My son was a patient a few years back and I didnt hesitate to call them when he needed treatment recently. I was actually able to speak with someone on the phone and get a same day appointment. Everyone is so kind and thorough. We arrived twenty minutes before our appointment time to fill out paperwork, and were actually seen ahead of schedule. This place is like a well oiled machine. Dr Ratner and his staff are wonderful!

My appointment was set for December 14th at 8am. Initially we were sent to the wrong office by the person who set our appointment, which was infuriating with Atlanta morning traffic. However the ladies at the front office of both the Alpharetta and Atlanta office were so apologetic and professional it was actually refreshing. Also the back office staff were awesome and very informative. This would definitely be a 5 star review if it weren't for the initial appointment miscommunication.

So impressed with the care and personal attention provided by Dr. Klugman and his staff. Everyone has been professional and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Klugman and his team to friends and family.
