This review is solely on the customer service. There was an issue with 3 of my shirts. Instead of admitting their fault, the couple denied their actions and blamed me. There was no offer of resolution, such as a discount on next cleaning, refund for the damaged items, replacement for shirt was stripped of color. Nothing.

Took a pair of slacks with 10 small black dots at the bottom of one of the pants leg. Whatever method was used to remove the spots - destroyed the pants. In the process, they also burned the pants. No apologies or anything. Beware, I do not recommend this establishment.

They are very reliable and thorough with cleaning. I like the fact that they offer sowing too for lil knicks in your jacket, shirt, shorts, etc.
