I absolutely love this place! I had such a great experience here. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. They even gave me a list of known primary care physicians when I mentioned I needed one. My favorite part of this place is that its black and women-owned!! I was so amazed by that. Ive never been so excited about a GYN visit.

Dr. Williams is a good doctor, her staff is the reason why I wont be returning. I came and paid in full for my visit just to get another bill in the mail due to the front staff not including my lab charges on my bill. After months of calling to see where the extra charges were coming from, late fees had been charged to my account. Ask to speak to someone about this and a Lady named Ms.Pam gave me a call back and was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. I paid my balance even though I felt like the office just wanted to get extra money out of me. Also watch out for the $25 no show fee even if you call and leave a message that you wont be able to make it they will still charge you.

I could go on and on about how much I love this OB office! Its so rare to find a medical office where all of the staff have great customer service. Everyone from the front office staff to the MAs, and doctors are all so kind and caring. I always feel so at ease at this office. Im grateful to have found this place.

I really wanted to go here since I was recommended by multiple people but I had a bad experience. I was trying to switch to them at 22 weeks pregnant and I am now 26 weeks pregnant. They told me to get my medical records so I went through hell and high water to get them to them even in paper copy. I was told I needed to change my insurance cause they didnt except the insurance I had so after changing my insurance and getting them my records, Im told after dropping them off it will take up to 10 days for the doctor to review the records to see if Im accepted or not. After multiple calls. Im told that the doctor looked at my records but she needed more information. After calling my old hospital I explained that the info she was requesting is already in the paperwork I dropped off. I saw it and my old hospital saw it as well but for some reason the doctor kept claiming she didnt see the info even though I was looking right at it. After weeks of wasting my time, I hear that the doctor is still saying no even after I told her the old hospital doesnt have what shes requesting and that its already there. Its sad they dont have doctors competent enough to read the full paperwork cause it was right there in her face. The people over the phone were nice but I could feel the doctor just didnt care and if you cant read, you cant deliver a baby! Im realizing its a sign why all this happened. I will be staying where I am.
