These people are very unprofessional. phone are always off the hook and unanswered , emails unanswered as well. I applied and then was conditionally approved, I couldn't find out what the condition was because no one ever answered the phone or emails. A day later the denied my application without a reason or communication. I think it's very unfair to have to pay application fee and administrative fee applying to all of these properties to be denied for no reason or no one follow up. times are hard and its already difficult to move and meet all requirements, especially with kids. Then everywhere you apply you have to pay these $300 fees. Management in these places have to do better, It's ridiculous.

The lady at the office building is so rude she doesnt care at all .I just wanted to ask for some help and she rolls her eyes at me with a uhhhh. DONT MOVE HERE THEY DONT CARE AND ARE VERY RUDE
THE APARTMENTS ARE DIRTY AND YOU CANT GET ANYTHING FIXED

O stars. RUN . They can change the name and change management but it is still the same roach rat and ant infested apartment complex. I have lived here for about 8 months and I have to move because I just cant take it. Im not even able to put up a Christmas tree in fear that the roaches will be in it. Cant entertain cause the bugs are the special guests. Its just sad that they dont care. Threatening to change locks because your maintenance team lost the keys. I will be reporting you to the health department.
