And don't tell me I can unsubscribe from emails, you legally have to be able to for every company, just stop harassing students all together. I never subscribed to emails from you I shouldn't have to unsubscribe.

image Elevator broke down 3 times in a month. Emergency staircase key fob doesnt work.
Maintenance work marked as emergency has not been addressed after 3 business days. The request is about pestle control. I found ants in my room and cannot sleep on my bed! I literally talked to the leasing office staff in person and called them the second day to remind them.
One star for the staff members being nice and reasonable.
update
Writing this at 3am waking up from noise outside the window. Called security they did not answer the phone. Knocked on the door the neighbor told me to wait 15min for them to finish smoking on the balcony. And its been more than 15min. Oh my god I wish I had stayed on campus housing.

image This apartment is nice, but there are key issues that they are simply lacking on.
Key FOB leading to the outside is broken so its either propped open or just not working.
Package system is terrible. Theres always losing packages, and the staff has no system or anything to help you. They just say Sorry we dont have anything for you. This has happened so many times its very inconvenient. They use a third party system for the mail, so when it breaks down theres nothing they can do but wait for someone to come repair it. Until then , they just deliver packages and leave them all over the place in the lobby, with no security or organization.
The app used to buzz people in at the lobby does not work. It will just tell you that you are not registered as a resident. I have lived here for two years, how am i still not registered?
In addition the elevator is consistently broken, probably once a week. Its really inconvenient because I live on the top floor, but also it is an accessibility issue for other residents I am sure.
They have guest parking behind the building, but cars are always getting broken into or ticketed. Why should I have to make a guest pay for parking if I want them to be safe ?
Also , the amenities do not work as they say they are. When I moved in we had a printer , as was promised on the amenity list, and I genuinely needed it for school. It broke two months into the year, I submitted requests for it and still has not been fixed. Really disappointing that there is a printer on site but I have to go to a local shop to get my school work printed.
Overall I like living here, i have a nice view, my room is comfortable and overall clean. But for the price I am paying, I should not have to deal with these consistent issues. These things should be dealt with, especially considering there are so many other reviews all discussing the same issues

image Absolutely horrible apartment, do not live here. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive lived here going on four years (I moved in when it first opened), and it has become trash. Theyve changed management multiple times, and it gets worse each time. The safety is trash. I literally see a door leading outside propped open everyday, so the scanning keys is basically just for show. Cars are broken into behind the building every week basically, and there have even been incidents in the garage. Also, one of the major reasons Ive stayed in this apartment is because Im an out of state student, and it is very hard for me to have to move yearly. I stayed in the same room for 3 years, and my last year they decide to make me relocate. They handled the entire process horribly. I was not given any choice in what room to move into, yet I was moved into a room way worse than mine for the same price. I was also moved into the opposite building, when there were people that were also being relocated from the other building on to my original floor with the same floor plan. It would have made way more sense to let us both at least stay in our original buildings. To add icing on the cake, we were given 24 hours to move all of our stuff. The elevator is literally down every other week, and of course they moved me to the top floor. They also moved me in with a roommate with a pet, without notifying me of this so they clearly did not consider if anyone had any allergies. Theres absolutely no loyalty or consideration at this apartment. The fact that I, someone who has lived here since the apartment was first built, had to move and someone whos only lived here for one year is ridiculous. Also, you pay $100 a month for parking and dont even have an assigned parking spot. They sell parking spots for both of the buildings lots combined, so youre not even guaranteed to be able to park in your own building. The list goes on, but moral of the story dont give these people your money 0/10 recommend.
